Our Lady of Pity RC Primary is part of Holy Family Catholic Multi-Academy Trust. 

The Board of Directors at Trust level provide support and challenge to the trust leadership team and ensure that our vision, mission and values drive everything that we do. 

Termly advisory Trust board meetings are an opportunity for local governing body representatives to meet with governors from other schools in the trust and with directors to share ideas and experiences and discuss key issues.

Each of the HFCMAT schools has a local governing body made up of foundation, parent and staff governors who support and challenge our headteachers to deliver our vision, mission and values.  

Our Lady of Pity school governors are supportive and highly motivated.  They have a deep understanding of the nature and mission of this Catholic academy and are committed to its vision and aims.  They work in partnership for the best interests of the children.  Their vision and passion for continued improvement steers and focuses their decision-making process: they challenge and support the school leadership to good effect.

Governors make frequent visits to the school to review provision, talk to staff, meet pupils and discuss school development.
